Booking an appointment for a visa application

Applicants with permanent residence in Spain or Andorra can only be present their applications at the Embassy in Madrid.
A. Online Application
Please check first whether you can submit the application online. You can find more information here.
After the pre-check of your documents, you will be provided with a link to book an appointment.
B. Paper application
In case, you cannot use our online service, you also need an appoitment to submit your visa application.
For Researcher visa and working holiday/youth mobility visa you can book an appointments through our online appointment system.
For all other visa applications, please send the documents for your intended stay to visa(at)madri.diplo.de. We will check them first and then help you to arrange an appointment.
